I’m so excited to announce sunflower portrait sessions at Rocker 7 Farm Patch in Buckeye, Arizona again this year. I had such a great time in 2020 and 2021 and can’t wait to do them again! All the photos above are from Rocker 7 Farm Patch in 2020 and 2021.

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO START THE PROCESS TO RESERVE A SUNFLOWER PORTRAIT SESSION SPOT.
How do I reserve and pay for a spot? Sessions are $200 plus tax. Fill out the form to tell me what time and date you would like. I will communicate with you first via text and email and then give you a call, if you request a call. I will email you an invoice to pay to reserve your spot with a debit or credit card. I will also email you a contract to sign. You will be booked for your session time once you pay for your date and time slot and sign the contract.
How does it work? How many photos do I receive? You arrive at the sunflower field and I take LOTS of photos of you/your family/friends, usually hundreds of photos. I lightly edit the best photos (which ends up being about about 20 percent of the photos that I take) and then send those high resolution photos to you in an online gallery. You can save all the photos from the online gallery and print them and use them however you wish. From the photos in the online gallery, you choose TEN PHOTOS for extra edits, which I call “magazine edits.” These are the photos that you would want to share on social media, print out, hang on your wall or display in your office, or use on cards.
How long are these photo shoots? Are they mini sessions? I’ve spaced these photo sessions 50 minutes apart, with the idea that I would give each family or person at least 30-45 minutes of time, if they want it. I have such a huge variety of clients, some need less time, some need more time. Some people run late, some teenagers are slow to warm up to having their photos taken, sometimes people use their photos as Instagram influencers and have a lot of ideas about different poses that they want. I find that 30 – 40 minutes goes really fast, but I also can make sessions shorter if, for example, toddlers only have the energy for a few minutes. I try to get a good variety of photos, so for example: people by themselves, couples together, moms with just their kids, dads with just their kids, siblings together. I give various fun prompts and play running games with kids to get various photos. I’ve never been able to do really short mini sessions, I’m amazed that some photographers can.
What if I want more than ten photos to get magazine edits? That is available at $20 per photo. You can just email me about that.
What happens if I have to cancel? What if I or one of my family gets sick? What if I can’t drive there that day? If you have to cancel for any reason, no matter what, you will be refunded. Just let me know as soon as possible and please allow a few days for me to refund you. My refund policy is lenient because I don’t want anyone to be sick and not feel they can’t cancel or for anyone to travel when they can’t.
What if it rains? Rain can make for beautiful photos and it usually does not rain for that long in Arizona, so if there is the chance of rain, I still go ahead with photo shoots. However, if the forecast calls for very heavy rain, I will be in contact about canceling and refunding or postponing.
What should I know about a photo shoot at Rocker 7 Farm Patch in Buckeye, Arizona?
I’m excited to meet you and take photos for you! I have had so much fun taking photos at Rocker 7 and have loved how the photos have turned out. I can’t wait to make sunflower portraits for you!
After you get to Rocker 7 Farm Patch located at 19601 W Broadway Rd. Buckeye, AZ 85326, you park in a grass-covered parking lot. Look to the northeast of the parking lot to see where to enter the farm and then go up and pay your $8 per person (including babies and kids.)
The $8 entry fee to the farm per person (including babies and kids) is separate from the price of the photography session and is collected by Rocker 7 Farm Patch when you enter the farm. There are family and group passes available. See their website for details on that. They take cards and cash. They do NOT have an ATM on the farm.
Plan to be about 15-20 minutes early to your photo shoot, so that you have time to park and find me. Sometimes there is a line to pay to get into the sunflower fields.
I will either send you instructions about how to find me in the sunflower field, or I will meet you at front where you pay to get in. You can call or text me at 480-326-8385 when you arrive if you need help finding me.
Be prepared for muddy or dusty sunflower fields and wear shoes and clothes that you will be OK with having to wash or clean later. The sunflower field may have irrigation water running and people may have to hop over or go around running water.
Since we will be outside in nature, there is the possibility of encountering plants, insects, and animals. Last year I saw a few bees in the sunflower fields. Plan accordingly if you have any allergies, etc.
There might be a lot of people visiting the sunflower fields, so we might have to move around to get good people-free backgrounds.
It can still be really hot in Buckeye, AZ in October and November, so plan accordingly and bring water!
You will only be booked for your session time once you pay in full for your date and time slot. Until you pay, the slot is still available for other people. I will send you an invoice and you can pay online with a debit or credit card.
If you have any questions or concerns about anything, please email me at brenda.eden@gmail.com or text me at 480-326-8385.
