It is on the way to Prescott from Phoenix and it’s about a two hour drive from my house in Tempe.

Information:

What is the cost? $200 plus tax for the portrait shoot and $14 per person/entry to Mortimer Farms. Entry to Mortimer Farms is a completely separate cost that you pay to Mortimer Farms. The times that I have gone there, I purchased my entry online in advance.

How do I reserve a spot? Fill out the form below to tell me what time and date you would like. I will communicate with you first via email and text and then give you a call, if you would like. I will email you a contract and send you the information to pay $200 plus tax to reserve your spot with either Venmo or Zelle or PayPal or CashApp.

What happens if I have to cancel? What if I or one of my family gets sick? What if I can’t drive there that day? If you have to cancel for any reason, no matter what, you will be refunded. Just let me know as soon as possible and please allow a few days for me to refund you. My refund policy is lenient because I don’t want anyone to be sick and not feel they can’t cancel or for anyone to travel when they can’t.

What should I know about a photo shoot at Mortimer Farms and Dewey, Arizona?

It’s best to buy your tickets online in advance so that you don’t have to wait in line when you get there.
Be prepared to walk a ways from the Farm parking lot to the Sunflower fields.
Be prepared for muddy or dusty Sunflower fields and to wear shoes or clothes that you will be OK with having to wash or clean later.
There might be a lot of people visiting the Sunflower fields, so we might have to move around to get good people-free backgrounds.
I frequently ask people to kneel or sit down on the ground for photos, but I bring yoga blocks or mats or blankets to sit on. Please let me know if you would prefer not to do this.
I frequently ask one member of a portrait group to hold my light modifier while I am taking individual portraits. Please let me know if you would prefer not to do this.
The average high in Dewey in August is 88 degrees, so it might be hot.

How many photos will I receive? You will receive a link to an online gallery of ~30 lightly edited photos. You can choose three of the photos for extra edits after you receive your gallery. (If you want extra edits on more photos, that is available at $20/photo.)
